I am a French illustrator living in County Kilkenny, Ireland.

I initially pursued a career in the fashion industry in Paris but somehow ended up in the Irish countryside, with my husband and a flock of 4 children and 5 pets. I now work as a children’s book illustrator and sell paintings in fairs around the country. I also work on commission.

When I started experimenting with oil pastels and ink washes and acquired a graphic tablet, these two very different approaches to art became the foundation of my work, along with a strong pencil drawing skill.

I explore them simultaneously and sometimes bring them together through the subjects I choose to illustrate. My universe is colorful and narrative, the scenes I depict are often praised as graceful and poetic.  I am deeply inspired by folklore, fairy tales and life in different eras, which comes through in my vintage drawing style and palette choices.

reindeer_down_cover-OKweb2My first picture book “Reindeer down!” was released in October 2019, written by Natasha Mac a’Bháird and published by The O’Brien Press.

I am a founding member of The Puddle Jump Collective and a proud member of Illustrators Ireland.
